it's been a long and tiring week full of exams and tests! but in between the stress i had some visitors! more familiar faces!


and then it was another birthday dinner! from new college!

















and the final legs of the post-exam pub-crawl! again, a grand total of 3 dollars spent! :)

and no more surfing stories from me from now on. I've been forbidden to surf by the higher authorities. it's very dangerous. they're worried a shark might wander by and see me on a surf board and go, hey! chinese takeout! but i'll have the last laugh yet. I'll give him high cholesterol!

sorry for the big delay between posts! but i've been really busy! in between canberra and going out like crazy in sydney... i've been studying and studying and tried surfing! surfing is pretty hard, esp if you start learning on a difficult short board. i must have swallowed a lot of coogee sea water! and i can't catch a good wave... and the waves were short and tiny. But they're just excuses! and it's nice to study outdoors in good sunny weather!

in short it's been a nice time! but i really miss the singaporean people and the family...and you. You know. You! i hope to see you really soon.

i felt that i should say that i love playing rugby in australia! it's heaps of fun. We just played the first game of inter-college! we got smacked by the other team 19-5, 3 tries to 1, but it wasn't THAT bad. we were missing couple of key players. And the other cool thing is, i'm the only ASIAN player on the team! and i started!! and played the whole game!!! and on a dodgy ankle!!!! but it's getting better. Aussie boys are lots bigger and a little faster, and the game felt like the pace of a game against ACJC. but cuz of uncontested scrums because everyone hasn't had time to train and they don't want to injure players who play for Uni, i still felt pretty fresh after the game. Made a nice tackle or two and took the ball in twice, played pretty alright in all.

And it's nice and dry and the grass is fantastic! beautiful pitch! and it's cool! so you can run for ages and ages!

ahhhh. looking forward to the next match already.

secondly: it's mid-session break! one week of pretending to study for the end of course exam which is NOT COUNTED AT ALL! and is peer-marked! woohoo!

back in sydney in a couple of days. lotsa pics uploads then.

sorry for the long absence.

it hasn't exactly been the bestest 0f weeks:

my com crashed - windows can't load and only in safe mode. it's still not working.

my creative zen: vision m died as well - i can't start it up anymore.

i dropped my phone and scratched it.

my team lost our first touch match in three games.

i sprained my ankle in that said game.

and i have a rugby match tomorrow that i wanted to play in. (and i still might)

and edwin can't come back to sydney with me from canberra.

and in that trip i won't have my creative player to keep me company.

and last night while i was on the phone i ran out of phone card credit.

and the last part of the conversation wasn't exactly the nicerest. (YOU know who i'm talking about.)

and i went to class and didn't submit my portfolio and had to go all the way back to submit it.

and i thought i wrote a good portfolio essay but now i'm not so sure.

and i don't know as much of medicine as i think i should know.

and i'm not as good in salsa as i think i should be.

and i'm eating too much chocolate because of easter eggs and bunnies.

and i'm not going to the gym enough.

and i'm complaining too much and thinking like a girl.

so i shan't anymore. GAHHHH!
